<p>This is one of those things that really makes me wonder about how things are run in the City of Virginia Beach. It really defies all logic, come in and pave all the streets in a neighborhood except for one. All the equipment and crews are here, so why not just do the whole thing and be done with it, instead of waiting a few years, and endure all the costs on bringing all the men and equipment in, just to pave one street. Then we also have to consider the added traffic issues, 2 or 4 years down the road, when it is time to mill and pave Grey Fox&#8230;</p>
