You know it is real hard to walk around the neighborhood, on the sidewalk with all the people with too many cars, parking across the sidewalk, because they don’t want to park in the street for whatever reason.

It would also be nice if people didn’t water the sidewalk, there is already enough of a drought problem in the area, without the added use of people not adjusting their sprinklers to water only the grass.

WIth those two things, taking a walk is challenge, with all the crazies speeding through the neighborhood…
